Job Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues.
- Handle customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department if needed.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and tracking customer interactions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure smooth operations.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
