Job Duties:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues.
  • Handle customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department if needed.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information and tracking customer interactions.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure smooth operations.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
