Objective

The ideal candidate will work closely with senior consultants and client teams to support the analysis and improvement of manufacturing processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and hands-on experience in manufacturing operations consulting.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Research

1. Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to manufacturing processes, including production metrics, quality control data, and operational efficiency indicators.
2.Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in manufacturing operations.

Process Mapping:

1. Work with cross-functional teams to map and document existing manufacturing processes.
2. Support the identification of bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in current workflows.

Documentation and Reporting:

1. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing data analysis and process assessment findings.
2. Contribute to developing clear and concise documentation for client projects.

Collaboration and Communication:

1. Collaborate with team members to gather information and insights.
2. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and findings.

Support in Project Implementation:

1. Assist in the implementation of recommended improvements to manufacturing processes.
2. Work closely with senior consultants to ensure successful project outcomes.

Training and Development:

1. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in manufacturing operations consulting.
2. Stay informed about industry advancements and developments.

SKILLS

1. Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

2. Good in written and verbal communication skills (Internal /External).

3. Basic level - Business Intelligence tools.

4. Organizational and time-management skills.

REQUIREMENT

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to projects.
  • Knowledge of basic manufacturing principles and processes is a plus.

    • Level of Experience

    (Min): Fresh graduate Level of Experience

    Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

    Major Education: Engineering, Economics, Accounting.

    Race: Any race (Malaysian Only)

    Additional: Speaking Mandarin is a Bonus & have knowledge related to the Warehouse Industry
