1. Creating Company Standard Operation Procedure.
2. Manage staff:
• Hiring / onboarding / resignation / offboarding.
• Working hour / movement monitoring & reporting to Management.
• Leave application & reporting to Management.
• Disciplinary process.
• Key performance index (KPI) process.
• Company assets in staff possession.
• Personal folder, staff contract and keeping documents up to date.
3. Manage office / company:
• Updating Company policies / documents (employee handbook, etc.)
• Contracts and licenses that is required for business operations.
• Staff seating
• Arranging for office cleaning and maintenance of Company equipment.
• Arrange and supervise Company activities.
• Ordering supplies (stationary, paper, etc.)

REQUIREMENT
1. Have a minimum academic qualification of high school diploma.
2. To be fluent in speaking, listening, reading and writing in English Language and Bahasa Melayu.
3. To be proficient in the use of Computers and its programs such as:
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Email
• PDF Editor
4. To be proficient in the use of mobile devices and tablets.
5. To be able to work independently, responsibly and proactively in a timely manner.
6. To be able to work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals set by Management.
7. To be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks when required.
