  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

The Butler is responsible to attend the needs and wants of the Villas and selected suites / rooms guests to ensure that they have a memorable stay experience. Butler will be the 24/7 point of contact for the selected guests.

- Experience working as a Butler or Executive floors in five-star international hotel preferred
- Knowledge of Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA)
- Knowledge of F&B, Front Desk, Concierge and Housekeeping operations
- Proficient in software packages including Word, Excel, Outlook
- High school diploma or equivalent professional training
- Displays exceptional commitment to improving customer service
- Cultural astute in order to deliver upon guest expectations
- Proven customer orientation
- Highly personable with an energetic approach to customer interactions
- Effective execution skills
- Ability to build relations with all customers – external and internal
- Demonstrate high degree of self-discipline and diligence
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekends and holiday on rotation basis, work on overtime when needed
- Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese or Mandarin, good commend in both written and spoken English
