1) Assist in establishing, executing and communicating ESG and climate risk related policies/strategies that is in line with the Bank’s sustainability roadmap.

2) Integrate ESG and climate risk related considerations into business and credit decision-making processes.

3) Innovate new ESG retail financing products to grow the Bank’s sustainable financing portfolio.

4) Facilitate customers' switch to low carbon and sustainable practices by developing and applying effective strategies and initiatives.

5) Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to formulate and drive sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

1) Minimum 5 years of experience in the area of sustainability and/or sustainable finance preferably in banking sector.

2) Good knowledge on sustainable financing as well as ESG and climate risk related principles, standards and regulations.

3) Good written and verbal communication.

4) Able to work independently with good interpersonal skills.

5) Experience in process automation / system enhancement would be advantageous.
