We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is a team player, problem solver and can work independently in a fast-paced environment. The successful Customer Service Representative is responsible in providing front end support to customers.

Job Description:

  • Provide 24/7 customer support through calls, chats and emails.
  • Respond effectively to customer’s query regarding products, services, processes, and procedures.
  • Assist in processing account related request and overall account management.
  • Ensure complete and accurate information are recorded in the system.
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate resolution on a given time frame.
  • Work closely with internal and external department in escalating issues to provide resolution to each problem.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Qualifications:

  • Should have at least 1-year BPO experience.
  • Knowledgeable in using MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate effectively with international customer.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Amenable to work onsite and in shifting schedule.
