We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with a strong background in integrated marketing campaigns, focusing on both traditional and media channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of brand strategy and experience in developing and maintaining strong brand identities. Responsibilities

1. Competitor Response Management:
• Monitor and analyze competitors' activities.
• Develop and implement response strategies to maintain competitive edge.

2. New Store Activation:
• Plan and execute grand opening events for new stores.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns to attract initial customer base.

3. Revitalization Efforts:
• Identify underperforming stores and analyze root causes.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance.

4. Tactical Promo Activations:
• Design and execute promotional campaigns to boost sales.
• Ensure customers adopt the latest technologies to enhance their experience.

Requirements

Top qualities: highly agile, willing to learn, communicate well, attention to detail, assertive, effective & fast pace.

• Minimum Diploma in marketing/advertising, business administration or relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in branding and media, with a focus on retail or similar industries.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor activities.
• Excellent project management skills to handle multiple store activations and campaigns.
• Creative thinker with the ability to design engaging promotional activities.
• Excellent communication and people skills, fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa English.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Flexible with working hours and working days, able to work during weekends and Public Holiday, when required.
• Willing to travel, when required.
