  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate & dedicated Application Engineer to join our team.

As an Application Engineer, you will be involved in Sample Product Testing, provide Technical Consultation & Lab Management of Demo Loaners.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluation study on sample product for LED lighting selection, machine vision components feasibility test, image processing capability test, at our in-house test lab or at customer site.
  • Technical consultation on machine vision components such as lighting, lenses, cameras, and controllers as per customers’ inquiries.
  • Liaise with vision components vendors or integrators on technical related request.
  • Provide technical consultation on industrial sensor and robotic arm.
  • Conduct lighting seminar and training to new prospect or existing customer.
  • Management on demo loaner inventory and tracking.
  • Maintenance and organizing test lab demo loaners.
  • Support sales team with technical knowledges and project advisory.
  • Willing to travel on a business trip basis.

    • Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in programming languages (VB, C++, C#) will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the machine vision or automation industry.
  • Team player who is meticulous, diligent, independent, responsible, and with hands-on capability.
