  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a skilled Azure Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. As an Azure Cloud Engineer at Strateq Group, you will play a crucial role in designing, deploy, and maintain our Azure resources cloud to ensure security, and scalability for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Role Focus: Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure with a strong knowledge on cloud infrastructure deployment and operations on identifying, assessing, and remediating vulnerabilities.
  • Azure Management: Design, deploy, and maintain Azure resources, ensuring security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Vulnerability Remediation: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, collaborate with security teams, and implement remediation strategies.
  • Security Automation: Automate vulnerability detection and remediation using tools like Azure Security Center and Azure Policy.
  • Security Best Practices: Implement and maintain Azure security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and network security.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps, development, and security teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and support secure operations.
  • Incident Response: Participate in incident response activities to mitigate security breaches and ensure business continuity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Azure certifications such as Azure Security Engineer Associate, Azure Administrator Associate are preferred.
  • Minimally 5 years of proven experience in a similar role with hands-on Azure cloud management, vulnerability remediation, and scripting.
  • Strong understanding of cloud networking principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
