Job Responsibilities

  • Sales and servicing of Ethical Channel in Central - Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
  • Promote product range to doctors by identifying and pursue potential clients through various methods.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
  • Present and demonstrate the company's products or services to potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions through effective communication and product knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients.
  • Provide post-sales support, address customer concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Close sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • A valid driving license.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Proficiency in using computers and productivity apps.
