RESPONSIBILITIES
- To prepare and monitor M&E documentations.
- To coordinate with Subcontractors for ensuring technical submittal and shop drawing requirements are fulfilled.
- To conduct daily inspection to ensure quality and standard of works and installations are adhered to drawings.
- To monitor and supervise M&E work progress on site as per schedule.
- To study and review construction drawings and shop drawings.
- To liaise with Client, Consultants, Project Teams and Subcontractors.
- To attend weekly meeting with Client.
- To assist in any new tasks assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical or equivalent.
- Having at least three years of working experience at relevant field, having experience of working on site under high- rise building and factory project will add an advantage.
- Having strong ability of reviewing and analyzing drawings will add another advantage.
- Good in interpersonal skill, able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Client, Consultants, Project Teams and Subcontractors.
- Detail oriented.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
