  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

We have nearly 1,000 cases handled internally each month, you will work in a fast-paced environment where you will directly liaise with top bankers and agents for driving mortgage sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly mortgage sales targets.
  • Conduct financial needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mortgage products.
  • Guide clients through the entire loan application process, including gathering necessary documentation
  • Direct liase with bankers and consultants, work closely to facilitate loan approvals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Loan Consultant or in a similar financial advisory role.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of mortgage products and the property market is an added advantage.
  • Able to work during weekend
  • Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
