Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular updates to senior management regarding team performance, market feedback and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing & admin) to streamline the sales process and address any challenges.
  • Coordinate with external partners and property developers to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Continuously assess and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency, reduce lead times and increase conversion rates.
  • Implement CRM tools and other technologies to track leads, manage pipelines and ensure data integrity.
  • Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of property market dynamics, regulations and trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, forecast trends and drive performance.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and other sales-related tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate or a related field.
