Lead, mentor and motivate the property sales team to meet individual and team sales targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve skills and productivity.

Implement and oversee the company’s sales strategies to ensure maximum market penetration.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, including promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and optimize results.
Set individual and team targets in line with company goals and ensure sales objectives are consistently met or exceeded.
Drive sales initiatives and campaigns to increase property sales.
Identify training needs within the team and organize coaching sessions or workshops to improve selling techniques, product knowledge and overall performance.
Ensure all team members are up to date on the latest products, policies and procedures.
Monitor and report on sales performance, including key metrics like sales volume, pipeline health and lead conversion.
Provide regular updates to senior management regarding team performance, market feedback and areas for improvement.
Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing & admin) to streamline the sales process and address any challenges.
Coordinate with external partners and property developers to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Continuously assess and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency, reduce lead times and increase conversion rates.
Implement CRM tools and other technologies to track leads, manage pipelines and ensure data integrity.
Requirements:
Proven experience in property sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of property market dynamics, regulations and trends.
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, forecast trends and drive performance.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Proficient in CRM systems and other sales-related tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate or a related field.
