Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the superintendent, manager and the head of the department for implementation of various measures related to the company’s policy on Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality Assurance (HSEQA) and when instructed, regularly monitor for its compliance.
  • Assist in overseeing and manage fleet of vessels for all manning activities for the crewing requirement for offshore vessels.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all crewing-related documents.
  • Manage applications of crew certificates under flag administrations.
  • Manage applications of crew certificates under charterers. Ensure all documents are connected on board in timely manner for e.g. OSP card, SHELL passport etc.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with various departments to fulfill crewing needs promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of crew movements and documentation.
  • Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders as necessary.
  • Assist in any other matters related to crewing.

We are looking for Professionals

  • Applicants with Degree or Diploma in Maritime Business / Logistics / HR or Crew Management or any related course will have an added advantage.
  • 2-3 years of experience in manning/crewing, particularly within offshore vessels, is highly advantageous.
  • Have a knowledge on DP2 vessels crew requirement, is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Able to work both independently as well as in a team.
