Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, to deliver a professional and consultative recruitment service to the business, adding value in managing and improving the process, quality and recruitment strategy. Involved in the recruitment life cycle in its entirety, including but not limited to: creating job postings and job descriptions, identifying new and innovative talent sources, screening applicants, maintaining a variety of recruitment systems, providing on-going and frequent follow-up with hiring managers & candidates, and tracking the various recruiting efforts with reporting metrics and statistics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Actively source for potential talents through relevant sources and social media platform and build candidate pipelines to meet the business needs.
2. Work both collaboratively and independently with recruitment agencies, and universities locally & internationally to attract high-quality talents.
3. Develop and maintain open communication with the team and other key stakeholders.
4. Act as a liaison between the line and project HR team to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal stakeholder needs.
5. Negotiate and extend offers to candidates in consultation with respective business partners on proposed compensation package.
6. Participate and assist in various recruitment fairs, activities & initiatives to ensure qualified candidates are recruited.
7. Participate in new staff induction / orientation program and ensure onboarding process is carried out timely and effectively.
8. Enhance employer branding initiatives to increase visibility/awareness of the Company.
9. Other Administrative Matters:
a. Ensure timeliness and accuracy in recording and updating recruitment and human resource systems.
b. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of all regular and ad-hoc management reports.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resources or/ related field.
Skills & Abilities
  • Good interpersonal skill;
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & BM;
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislations;
  • Good administrative skill
Expected Minimum Years of Experience
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
