Responsibilities
- Answer incoming service calls from customers, suppliers, and Ingersoll Rand employees, providing clear and effective communication regarding service updates.
- Create, follow up, maintain, and close service orders within the customer management system.
- Accurately assess service requirements and ensure timely and accurate data entry throughout the service order lifecycle.
- Create new service quotes by researching parts and pricing (both internal and external).
- Accurately estimate service time requirements and generate quotes to be sent to clients.
- Convert approved quotes into service orders.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and manage the ordering of parts as required by customer purchase orders.
- Assess customer needs and schedule or coordinate service appointments accordingly.
- Review technician schedules to ensure accurate job coordination.Manage service calls, spare parts ordering, and purchase requests for local external suppliers when necessary.
- Check customer credit status and request approval if needed.
- Be open to taking on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and department.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Driving license & own vehicle.
- Fluent in written & conversational English.
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
