Hello! We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Support Specialist to manage the retention process of enrolled Medicaid patients from A to Z. This role involves ensuring members recertify and remain on their Medicaid plans, addressing any concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. This is an on-site job.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a monthly caseload of Medicaid members to ensure timely recertification and continued enrollment.
  • Ensure patient satisfaction with their Medicaid plans and services, addressing and resolving any issues they may come across.
  • Respond to patients' questions and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Follow up with the existing patients.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin, Cantonese highly preferred to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Ability to work 9pm-6am local time
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work on-site.
