  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are a fast-growing swim school dedicated to providing high-quality swimming lessons to babies and children. Our mission is to promote water safety and help swimmers of all ages build confidence in the water. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for transforming his/her good customer service skills to achieve customer excellence and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls or messages related to new swim class inquiries, scheduling, and general questions.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all customer needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Proactively promote swim programs and packages to prospective clients, handling sales inquiries and conversions.
  • Assist in coordinating swim class schedules, ensuring smooth operations between instructors, students, and parents.
  • Process enrollments, cancellations, and class changes promptly.
  • Work closely with the branches to manage class logistics, including booking pool time and handling rescheduling.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers by following up on inquiries, providing updates, and promoting additional services or promotions.

Requirement

  • Diploma, Degree, or equivalent; a background in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Experience in a customer service, call center, or sales role is preferred.
  • Able to communicate well in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia due to our diverse customer base.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Possessed strong PC skills with Microsoft Office knowledge, Google Sheets, e.g Word and Excel.
  • Willing to work at IOI Boulevard, Puchong
