  • Oversee the promotion and marketing of the business, services, products, and brand. Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to explore potential expansion opportunities for the company.
  • Develop and implement a networking strategy with both existing and new customers to generate new sales opportunities.

  • Coordinate with HBPO Asia and headquarters on business development, marketing, and sales activities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with government officials, including ministries, agencies, associations, and embassies.
  • Facilitate cooperation with government agencies on company applications and provide requested information and submissions.
  • Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and goals for the department to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s business, products, and value propositions.
  • Uphold the company's commitment to the Integrated Management System (IMS).
