  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1. Operate, Maintain, Manage, and Improve network infrastructure.
2. Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS).
3. Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
4. Coordination with customers & Vendors for network related problems and providing Remedies, Root Cause Analysis of Faults.
5. Work closely with team members to provide quick support & error free environment in close cooperation with NOC and L3 support.
6. Broad knowledge of networking and network equipment/operating systems with detailed experience with CISCO, Load balancer, Routing, Switching.
7. Good knowledge of the OSI model, routing (OSPF, BGP) and switching technologies (STP), Cisco Routing and switching technologies and corresponding protocols, IP services like ACL, High availability.
8. Good hands-on experience in Wireless Technologies and cisco WLCs
9. Encryption methods and technologies & MPLS Configuration
10. Extensive knowledge of LAN Switching technologies, Including VSS, OSPF, Cisco 3850, 68xx, 4500 etc.
11. Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, IPAM on Infoblox platform Working knowledge of Cisco ASA, FTD, SourceFire, Fortinet Firewalls etc.
12. Configure and maintain firewall policy, routing, connectivity, and firmware upgrade Change Request signed off by the Client.
13. Troubleshooting firewall Incidents and provide resolutions including maintaining the firewall located in the Clients remote branches .
14. Troubleshoot any LAN issues until the said Incident are resolved .
15. Troubleshoot IPT intermittent issues.
16. Configure and maintain all wireless system, including configuration of Access Points (AP), controllers, SSID, cabling, authentication, firmware upgrade and software patches.
17. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and end users on Incident reported until resolution
