Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing SAP Data, SAP FICO, and Java, .NET solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and develop comprehensive architectural designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAP Data technologies, SAP FICO modules, Java development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to integrate different technologies seamlessly. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, translating these into architectural designs, and ensuring that the solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
Develop and document architectural designs and solutions that address business requirements and technical challenges.
Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
Integrate various systems and technologies to create cohesive solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand technology needs for SAP Data, SAP FICO, and Java solutions.
Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Identify potential risks and challenges associated with architectural designs and solutions.
Develop mitigation strategies and ensure that risks are managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and architectural designs.
Communicate architectural decisions and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
3-5 Yrs of working experience as solution Architect and involve in to Design and develop comprehensive architectural designs, system configurations, and integration strategies for the overall solution.
Identify and evaluate appropriate SAP Data technologies, SAP FICO modules, and Java frameworks to meet business requirements.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during the implementation of the solution.
Conduct data analysis, data modeling, and data flow assessments for SAP Data solutions.
Define financial structures, charts of accounts, and reporting frameworks for SAP FICO modules.
Develop and implement Java applications, components, and interfaces as part of the overall solution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Data, SAP FICO, and Java solutions with other enterprise systems.
Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and troubleshooting activities for the entire solution.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in SAP Data technologies, SAP FICO modules, and Java development and recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect, designing and implementing SAP Data, SAP FICO, and Java, .NET, ETL, AWS, Azure solutions.
Strong expertise in SAP Data Services, SAP HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP FICO modules, and Java development frameworks.
Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance frameworks.
Solutioning and Implementation (REST APIs/SFTP)
Proficiency in SQL, data manipulation languages, and Java programming.
Knowledge of financial management principles, accounting practices, and reporting requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
SAP Data and SAP FICO certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - Data Integration with SAP Data Services, SAP Certified Application Associate - Financial Accounting with SAP ERP) are preferred.
Strong knowledge of integration patterns and best practices for integrating SAP Data, SAP FICO, and Java solutions.
Familiarity with cloud-based architectures, microservices, and containerization technologies would be advantageous.
