  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Description

  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Contact clients and customers via phone, email, or mail to follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Negotiate payment terms and arrangements with customers as needed.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
  • Maintain detailed records of all collection activities and communications.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and prepare reports.
  • Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements in all collection activities.

Profile

  • Proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP and shared service experience are required.
