Requirements

  • Languages: English,Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Education requirements: College or above, major in production management, quality management, logistics management, IE engineering, etc
  • Work experience: 3 years or above working experience in production management or equipment management in cosmetics or related industry.
  • Site management knowledge, safety management knowledge and quality control knowledge。
  • Familiar with ISO9001 and other related knowledge;
  • Good leadership skills, communication and coordination skills, teamwork skills, planning and execution skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, diligence.

Responsibility

  • According to the production plan, optimize the production scheduling plan, match the resources needed to complete the production task, distinguish the priorities of the tasks, set the completion deadline and pay regular attention to the project progress, respond to accidents in time according to the updated content of the plan, and ensure the efficient and timely completion of the production task of the day;
  • Responsible for daily management and supervision, allocate all kinds of resources in the workshop, conduct objective assessment, and seek to maximize the utilization of all the resources invested in the workshop (personnel, equipment, materials, tools, water and electricity, etc.), improve production efficiency and reduce production costs;
  • Predict the risk points in the production process, regularly inspect the operation of personnel, check the operating standards, urge the strict implementation of the first part confirmation and other risk point control situation, and constantly improve the quality, safety awareness and professional operation skills of employees;
  • Pay attention to all aspects affecting the product, be good at summarizing quality control points, form training templates, take corrective and preventive measures and strictly monitor the implementation of these aspects, and constantly improve the comprehensive quality pass rate of production.
  • Responsible for workshop personnel safety training and education, regularly arrange to check the workshop fire prevention facilities, production equipment performance and operational safety, and actively create a safe production environment;
  • Responsible for capacity assessment, timely proposed personnel demand plan, followed up personnel in place, rationally arranged employment, and improved per capita efficiency;
  • Responsible for workshop 6S management and inspection implementation;
  • Responsible for decomposing workshop performance indicators, reasonably setting subordinates' performance targets, formulating corrective and preventive measures for abnormal running process clock problems, conducting monthly performance interviews and proposing reasonable improvement suggestions to complete the formulation of performance targets;
