We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive, Digital Marketing cum Graphic Designer to lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media platforms and our company website. This role involves creating engaging content, managing online advertising campaigns, and designing high-quality marketing materials to boost brand awareness and achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,), Linkendln and the company website.
  • Create and execute content and social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and meet marketing goals.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including Facebook ads and lead generation.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Design and produce trade marketing collaterals and digital content, including graphics and videos.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and manage marketing-related vendors to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Handle event coverage, including social media livestreaming and photography.
  • Prepare reports, analyze marketing strategies, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or at least Diploma in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design/Mass Communication or equivalent and or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Experience in ad copywriting in English, Malay and Chinese.
  • Must possess knowledge and skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or other equivalent software
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content management.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut or other video editing software.
  • Be creative and digitally savvy, with experience in content production and creating engaging video content for various digital platforms (Websites, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Malay & Chinese.
  • Good in time management & capable of completing tasks within a deadline.
