Job Description:

1. Product Technical Drawings and Detailing

  • Produce technical drawings, components cut list, etc. for production or supplier.
  • Prepare production orders for projects, including for typical, mock-up and show units, and submit to Purchasing and relevant departments.
  • Check and verify accuracy and completeness of final confirmation information prior to proceed to Production Order processing.
  • Prepare variation order and service order and submit to respective departments where required.

2. Provide Solutions for Technical Inquiries

  • Provide solutions to production team on technical inquiries including providing necessary drawing and verifying the master samples.
  • Assisting superior in establishment of a product library by organizing and maintaining relevant information.
  • Assisting superior in organising the product training syllabus.

3. General

  • Ensure proper record keeping for efficient identification and data extraction purposes.
  • Other ad-hoc task assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree or Diploma in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
  • Able to work under tight schedule with high accuracy.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently.
