As an Inside Sales Executive, you will drive the growth of our IT products, services, and training offerings by meeting sales targets and developing client relationships in the commercial, government, and education sectors. Your proactive approach to identifying customer needs and new business opportunities will be key to our market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with potential clients, nurture relationships with existing customers, conduct market research, and exceed sales targets for IT products and services across commercial, government, and education sectors.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for promoting IT offerings, contribute field insights to shape campaigns, and coordinate with pre-sales to align marketing efforts with technical requirements and customer needs.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across various sectors, act as a consultant to understand client needs, and leverage technical expertise to provide tailored pre-sales support for IT solutions.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities by engaging potential clients, working with internal teams to customize solutions, and participating in networking events to generate leads.
  • Provide regular reports on market trends, sales activities, and customer feedback to support informed strategic decision-making.
  • Requirements

    • Min 1-2-year experience of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Minimum diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in Excel is a must.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies.
    • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
