Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assisting Vendors and Customer's inquiry in the Food Delivery platform.
  • Ensure the highest possible quality of customer service for our Vendors or Customers.
  • Process orders and manage relationships with Vendors.
  • Supervising personnel to address questions, problems, and special requests for orders and actual delivery statuses.
  • Ensure that processes are followed and bring in new ideas for improvement (Business Mindset).
  • Constantly work towards improving Vendor or Customer experience.
  • Handle Vendor or Customer request, as well as external communication with them.
  • Technical assistance - vendors on order-related issues, technical issues for their devices (phone and printer)

Job Requirements

  • Minimum requirement SPM
  • Having atleast 1 years of experience in call centre experiece highly preferred.
  • Able to travel to Menara Public Bank 2, Jalan Raja Chulan or Sunway Visio Tower, Lingkaran SV, Sunway Velocity, 55100 Kuala Lumpur (Near Public Transport)
  • Able to commit to Shift: 24/7 shift rotation, 5 days’ work with 2 days off. Off days on rotational basis
