Job Description:

Overseas/Local Retails and Project Design:

To receive drawings request from direct superior/ sales team/ site team on daily basis.
To work closely with direct superior / sales team / detailer pertaining to drawing design, space planning, technical requirement etc.
Constantly updated on trends and improvement in ID design to enhance the design concept and overall drawing perspective.
To attend discussion or meeting with sales team to have a better understanding of the client’s requirement (if necessary).
To attend the Design Concept presentation with sales team to experience and expose to client’s feedback on the design related matters (if necessary).
To complete the drawings as per the required deadline.
To comply the drawings follow the client requirement.
To ensure drawings completed accurately.
To complete the drawings inclusive of proposal drawings (2D and 3D), mock-up drawings, section drawings, shop drawings, as built drawings etc.
To make interior spaces functional, safe, and beautiful by determining space requirements and selecting decorative items, such as colours, lighting, and materials.
Any other duties assigned from time to time by superiors or the Management.

Showroom/Exhibition Booth Design:

To design showrooms and exhibition booths in 2D and 3D.
Work closely with new dealers/business partners to come out with a new concept for display products
Work out design concepts for dealers’ showrooms which align company directions
