Job Description | Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to our manufacturing business on the full spectrum of Purchase & Sales coordination related tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all transactions according to requirement and SOP.
- In charge of all coordination tasks including , all Sale Order are created in system, Bill-of-Material is calculated & compiled, Work Order are processed according to each manufacturing process until deliveries of goods & services are completed.
- Planning and scheduling for delivery according to each location inventory (minimize overstock and out of stock) by analyzing the supply and demand of SO forecast and thus making inventory projections.
- To actively update designated tracker & ensure completeness of deliverables.
- To Track email communications to ensure all orders / requests are received & executed.
- Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the inventory code in our ERP system, including optimizing system functionality.
- Collaborate with our cross-functional teams overseas to ensure deliverables within a specific timeline.
- Maintain proper records of data-entries, systematic filing, and storage of documents for audit purposes.
- Assist in generating and analyzing inventory, sales & purchases reports to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to enquirers from overseas.
- Follow up with clients to resolve and to attend to their outstanding issues.
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast moving operational business.
- Able to demonstrate and combine a methodical and organized approach to work situations with high attention to detail.
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by Reporting line manager.
Job Requirement
- Candidate should possess a diploma or above in Business Administration or business-related studies.
- At least 3 years of working experience is required, preferably from shared services / manufacturing industry background.
- Possess a strong sense of process flow, sales & purchase coordination
- Required Skill:
-Office Word, Excel, Power Point – Excellent user
-Familiar with ERP i.e SAP system
- Required Language Skill:
-Proficiency in English (write & speak)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally and vertically for information.
- Possess strong verbal & written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, mature, and highly initiative to work independently in a pressured environment.
