M&E Manager - Project (Up to 6 months bonus/Hyper-scale Data Center)

The MEP Manager manages and completes multiple MEP projects, including HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, and Electrical Systems. Their key responsibility is to ensure timely project completion within approved budgets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Attend regular meetings with the Main Contractor and Consultant to address project-related issues and take corrective actions.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and performance to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
• Coordinate with the design team throughout the design process.
• Lead the fast-track high-end design delivery and execution of the project.
• Prepare management reports on budgets, schedules, safety records, and upcoming activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with technical requirements and contractual obligations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to the project team.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and statements of work for resource planning and scheduling.
• Develop program master schedules and perform critical path analysis.
• Prepare plans, status reports, and performance evaluations.
• Provide program planning expertise, including interface management and risk analysis.

Requirements:

• 12 years of construction experience, with working knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Facilities equivalent disciplines.
• Must be willing to work in Ulu Tiram, Johor
• Mandarin Speaker (To effectively communicate with China HQ and China main contractor)
