Job Descriptions:

  • Support the operation of the rep office; organize the review and release of the business-to-operation management system of the rep office based on the business flow and requirements of the rep office; complete the review, optimization, and execution management of the regular meetings of the rep office; and improve the operation efficiency of the rep office.
  • Regularly organize the efficient operation management meetings of the rep office to support the achievement of the annual business targets of the rep office.
  • Support the strategic objective and KPI management of the rep office, and organize the goal setting, process management, and issue closure.
  • Support the information security officer in implementing and executing the company's information security regulations, processes, and regulations.
  • Organize the rep office to assess the annual compliance risk scenarios and develop compliance management objectives and control measures. Regularly manage the progress of compliance management tasks, identify risks, and proactively manage and respond to risks. Organize the assessment of the rep office's annual compliance management target.
  • Job Requirements:

  • Have at least one year of experience in quality and operation-related fields or equivalent.
  • Required Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Understand project management, quality management, continuous improvement, and process operation.
  • Have project management experience, compliance management experience, and successful business (sales, service, and supply) experience.
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility and communication and coordination skills.
  • Be able to think proactively, and plan and promote the work that responsible for.
  • Good in data analysis and organisation, familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
