  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

The graphic designer will be working closely with the Specialist Graphic Designer to create visually appealing and effective design materials. This role is responsible for contributing to the design process, from concept development to final execution, to help the team and the Company deliver high-quality and engaging visual materials on print and digitally.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Specialist Graphic Designer to conceptualize, create, and refine design for print and digital media, including but not limited to social media content, brochures, print and digital ads, banners, posters and other promotional materials
  • Utilize graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc), to create and edit visual content
  • Assist in managing and organizing design files, assets, and project timelines to ensure efficient workflow and ability to meet deadline
  • Coordinate with external agencies and print partners when necessary to facilitate the production of materials.
  • Organize and perform photoshoots and video shoots for social media content and corporate materials as needed.
  • Assist in external photoshoot and video production as needed
  • Assist as and when required by the Department/Company on all activities under the company or companies under its group

Education & Qualification

  • Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Relevant Experience & Years of Service

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Portfolio showcasing creative design projects and proficiency in design software.

Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools and multimedia software i.e. Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere or Adobe Effects)
  • Creative and strong visual design skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A creative mindset and detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving design trends and technologies
