Responsibilities
- Prepare, monitor and follow up on sales quotations
- Handle enquiries and phone calls
- Support the salespersons
- Ability to multitask and handle showroom visits and retail sales (if there are walk-in customers)
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned and provide administrative support
Requirements
- Must have completed tertiary education (at least diploma in Hospitality)
- Have at least 1 year working experience in Hospitality field
- Must be computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Must be responsible, resourceful, and able to work independently and in a team
- Must be able to converse fluently through the telephone and have good telephone manners
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
