Responsibilities

  • Prepare, monitor and follow up on sales quotations
  • Handle enquiries and phone calls
  • Support the salespersons
  • Ability to multitask and handle showroom visits and retail sales (if there are walk-in customers)
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned and provide administrative support

Requirements

  • Must have completed tertiary education (at least diploma in Hospitality)
  • Have at least 1 year working experience in Hospitality field
  • Must be computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Must be responsible, resourceful, and able to work independently and in a team
  • Must be able to converse fluently through the telephone and have good telephone manners
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
