  • Manage and fulfil management’s expectations & requirements to support business growth and objectives.
  • Provide leadership in designing, architecting, implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX, SharePoint, Exchange, Business Intelligence and other related projects.
  • Work effectively and efficiently with internal IT team (e.g. ERP, MES, INFRA, SYS, BISQ ITGA) and external party (e.g. vendors, consultant, suppliers) to ensure seamless support to management & users on IT matters which involves both software and hardware.
  • Plans, coordinates, supervises all activities related to the design, development, implementation of the organization's applications development and analysis function.
  • Manages multiple development teams supporting different products or lines of businesses. Directs and guides the managers, reviews different project requests, timeline and cost.
  • Develops, distributes, enforces, and integrates best practices and technology standards across the organization.
  • Manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function.
  • Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets, policies procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
  • Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.
  • Analyses the structure and flow of the business' work to identify possible application solutions.
  • Aware of the latest software developments and think of ways that software can be applied to make the business more efficient and successful.
  • Lead a team of IT specialists responsible for implementing and upgrading system hardware and application software,
  • Creates, develops and oversees protocols and procedures for its usage for any new software that is introduced to the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in computer engineering, computer science or its equivalent in related IT field.
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.
  • Requires 10+ years of development experience.
  • Good knowledge of IT Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), IT Quality Standard and Assurance and best practices such as COBIT} I TIL and ISO.
