  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and understand all tender documents including specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements.

• Review and interprets engineering documentation including schematics/ drawings/ specifications/scope of works to fully understand the project requirements to enable detailed and accurate estimating.

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, and develop a comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for all aspects of the project for the tender submission.

• Conduct research to obtain current market trend, and maintain an updated database of prices and suppliers.

• Work closely with project teams, estimating team and other relevant personnel to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimation.

• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain accurate quotes and ensure all costs are covered.

• Compile all necessary documents and information required for the tender submission.

• Ensure all submissions are completed accurately and submitted on time.

• Post-tender analysis reports and recommendations for process improvement.

• Ensure the flow of bid project information is maintained and documented.

• Maintain, keep record and update company database including all submission documents and other relevant information.

• Other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.

• Willing to learn and able to start work immediately.

Skills and Qualification

• Qualifications required: Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field.

• For Senior Post - At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Salary Range : RM3,500 to RM5,000

• For Junior Post - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Salary Range : RM2,000 - RM3,500

• Language proficiency required: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.

• Proficient in the ability to work with schematics, engineering drawings and specifications

• Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel and Word (Essential) and AutoCAD.
