The Production Executive is responsible for managing the daily operations of the central kitchen, including overseeing food production, ensuring quality control, maintaining safety and sanitation standards and optimizing production processes.

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Production Management & Improvement:
    • Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules. Ensure that all kitchen operations comply with health and safety regulations, including sanitation and food handling procedures.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage and handling of ingredients.
    • Manage kitchen equipment and resources, ensuring proper maintenance and addressing any issues.
    • Analyse production processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity. Implement changes to streamline operations and reduce waste.
    • Assist with project management tasks, including tracking progress, deadlines and deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Implementation and monitoring of operational procedures and processes, ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance with company policies, procedures and regulations.
    • Conduct regular inspections of food products and preparation areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
    • Address and resolve any quality issues effectively.
  • Staff Supervision and Development:
    • Supervise and conduct regular training for staff on safety protocols and hygiene practices.
    • Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure that goals are met.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain and organise accurate records of production activities, including inventory levels, production volumes and quality control checks.
    • Prepare and submit reports on production performance, issues and improvements.
    • Ensure proper documentation for compliance and auditing purposes.
  • Qualifications:

    • Education/Experience: Degree or diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering with experience in kitchen management or production role. Young engineer with industrial or manufacturing background are encouraged to apply
    • Skills: Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities, basic knowledge and skill in Food Safety and Quality requirement. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
