Job Title : Account Assistant/Account Officer

Responsibilities

  • Handle day to day accounting duties
  • To ensure all invoices are timely and accurately posted to the accounting system
  • Update daily cash collection, issue Credit Note
  • Monitor collections from customers and update into the ERP system
  • To prepare monthly sales report and cash flow report
  • To ensure send out the Statement of Account (SOA) on time and respond to customer if there is any query
  • Generate AR aging reports and coordinate with marketing admins to follow up on outstanding payments
  • Complete reconciliations promptly, addressing any unresolved AR transactions
  • Ability to work independently with a positive attitude
  • Support the department projects such as e-Invoicing implementation and other system improvements
  • To perform any other duties as and when directed by Superior

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least LCCI
  • Required language (s) : Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in the related field for this position
  • Computer literate- familiar with Microsoft Excel
  • Familiar with ERP software is an added advantage
  • Able to communicate well with all levels and work as a team
  • Applicants must be willing to work at Kulim, Kedah
