Job Description

  • Prepare and ensure clients’ monthly payroll is processed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure all allowances, OT claims, expenses claims and etc are processed accurately and on time.
  • Generate accurate and updated monthly Payroll Reports for clients’ using the Payroll System.
  • Prepare and ensure timely submission of all relevant statutory reports such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and Income Tax.
  • Ensure employee master record is well updated and captured in the system, regardless of new hire or existing employees.
  • Administer and ensure all confirmation and resignation of staff are processed promptly and accurately.
  • Prepare fund request statements and transaction statements with accurary
  • Prepare salary crediting files in several formats such as txt. xls. csv. etc. for admin to upload them to respective banks to perform transaction for salary payment.
  • Updating and reconciliation of bank statement
  • Distribute e-pay slips promptly to clients and reconcile the errors in payouts.
  • Respond to all payroll issues raised by client promptly.

Job Requirements:

  • Has a Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience in human resource management and /or payroll processing preferably, in a professional services industry. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Broad Payroll knowledge and experience in managing multiple payrolls at the same time.
  • Strong knowledge in statutory requirements and regulations, e.g. EPF, LHDN and SOCSO.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to build good working relationships at all levels.
  • Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner.

  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities in an efficient manner
  • Detailed, organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Must be independent and able to improve performance through clients’ and TL feedback.
  • Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Mandarin is preferred to effectively liaise with various Chinese stakeholders.
