  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibility and Authority:

  • Responsibility and Authority:
  • To ensure that New Part Information (NPI) are prepared for new and existing projects.
  • Update NPI with the latest changes in specifications, material, etc including modification to any customer parts.
  • To lead, guide and assign tasks to the members of Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) in performing FMEA studies, deriving Control Plans, requirement of jigs and fixtures and other process documentation.
  • Liaise with customers on stages and status of project, modification to parts, processes, specifications, etc and disseminate the information throughout the organization.
  • Ensure that Engineering Changes are tracked, disseminated and monitored during the pre-production stages and other changes are logged and recorded in the ECN and disseminated to the entire organization.
  • Coordinate and guide the different departments through the stages of projects including machine, material, packaging and other readiness to feedback to the customers.
  • Initiate Cost Reduction and Continuous Improvement activities for new and old projects.
  • Monitor actual sales against forecast sales for information in preparing the monthly KPI.
  • Where there are changes, the Engineer shall ensure that the MRP is updated.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of First Article inspections package and buy-off tools and parts together with production and QA for transition into Mass production stage.
  • Ensure instructions are given out for the monetary claims on cost of project tools and ancillaries.
  • Monitoring the investment and cost of projects including giving directions to other departmental personnel on progress and requirements.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as instructed.
