  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Requirements:

  • Leading the development of a robust supplier base for Indirect Materials by working closely with business stakeholders (Operation/Facility/Engineering/NPI etc.)
  • To execute sourcing and procurement activities for indirect materials. Launching tender to secure best price and services when necessary.
  • Working with business stakeholders for the development and deployment of appropriate suppliers' performance targets and KPIs.
  • Accountable for cost savings and value creation in line with annual targets.
  • Operationally responsible for managing the PR and PO process and approvals for Indirect Materials which are in lines with company policies and requirements.
  • Performing periodic benchmarking of existing suppliers with potential suppliers or industry trends to ensure competitiveness for the best interest of the business.
  • To handle suppliers registration in Oracle Fusion.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of related working experience in Indirect Material Purchase for manufacturing industry.
  • Must be capable of articulating indirect material purchase strategies and future direction.
  • Capable of reading and understanding technical specifications and drawings.
  • Excellent in communication and managing stakeholders' expectations.
  • Experience in tender, contract and supplier management are mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation skill and result orientated.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet and Oracle Fusion would be an advantage.
