Job Description
- Client Relationship Management & Business Development: Serve as the point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company services to existing clients.
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and enhance client satisfaction.
- Account Strategy and Development: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Project Management: Oversee project execution, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Market and Industry Insights: Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular account performance reports to clients and senior management.
- Willing to travel around Southeast Asia region.
Qualification & Experience
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or any similar field.
- Candidate with Engineering sales background will be preferable.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years working experience. If got experience in account management or customer relationship services or business development will be bonus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and work proactively with clients and teams.
