Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in an inbound role is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication within our multinational team, with proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (or other local languages) beneficial for regional stakeholder communication.

Tasks & responsibilities

1. Inventory Management:

• Develop and implement efficient inventory control systems and practices.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records.
• Update product label details as required.

2. Logistics Coordination:

• Coordinate purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
• Collect and record the arrival quantity of delivery goods from different outlets.
• Coordinate with principals, local and overseas suppliers, and external common carriers.

3. Pricing Management:

• Implement rational pricing strategies to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.

4. Data Management:

• Maintain and update records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records.

5. Communication and Collaboration:

• Communicate effectively with internal teams to coordinate inbound shipments and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth inbound logistics operations.
• Monitor inbound shipments for compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
