Job Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Management:

  • Implement digital marketing strategies across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Stay informed about emerging digital trends and media channels to ensure up-to-date marketing practices.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
  • Analyze data to support informed decision-making and provide recommendations to senior management.

Awards Submission:

  • Assist in preparing and submitting entries for relevant industry awards to increase company visibility and recognition.

Branding and Awareness Campaigns:

  • Assist in the development and execution of branding and awareness campaigns to strengthen the company's image.
  • Support strategies that help build a recognizable and consistent brand identity.

Advertising and Promotional Campaigns:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of advertising and promotional campaigns for various property developments.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and successful campaign delivery.

Quotation, Invoicing, and Payment Follow-up:

  • Manage the process of obtaining quotations from vendors for marketing-related activities.
  • Handle invoicing and follow up on payments to ensure timely completion of financial transactions.

Sales Gallery Maintenance:

  • Oversee the upkeep and presentation of the sales gallery to ensure it reflects the company’s branding and standards.

On-site Event Management:

  • Assist with planning and coordinating on-site marketing events and activities to promote developments.
  • Ensure all logistics and event details are handled efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property development or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting marketing and branding initiatives.
  • Experience in managing quotations, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
  • Ability to oversee the maintenance of sales galleries and handle on-site event logistics.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to the growth of projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Flexibility to work remotely or while on the move, as required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and persuasive ideas.
