Finance Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in cash flow management and forecasting to ensure financial health.
• To handle with banker for any issue regarding finance & banking and make online payment every week.
• To prepare the annual budget and quarterly rolling forecasts.
• To prepare monthly budgets vs actuals report - provide meaningful feedback and propose corrective course of actions
• To assist with process improvements for accounting system and data integrity. (Xeersoft System)
• Manage the full set accounting process, including the preparation of financial statements for dormant company.
• Liaising and working closely with bankers, auditors, tax agent and other stakeholders
• Undertake / participate in any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned from time to time
• Prepare items profit margin report (IPM) and any others IPM report format request from HQ.
• Undertake costing duties as assigned by your manager and update products costing every half year.

Knowledge, Abilities & Skills Required:

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Hardworking, meticulous, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with accounting software.
• Good command of English/Chinese/Malay
• Solid cost and budgeting systems background.
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Can start work with Immediately will more advantage.
