Executive/Senior Executive - Administration & Marketing Communications (40022)

The School of Hospitality and Service Management at Sunway University invites outstanding applicants for the position of Executive/Senior Executive – Administration & Marketing Communications. This role is instrumental in enabling a seamless student experience from pre-enrolment and admission, to students’ engagement.

The successful candidate will be supporting marketing, communications, and PR activities at the School level to its target audience including students, potential students, academicians, and industry practitioners. He/She will be working under the Dean’s advice to develop effective marketing strategies and materials, both visual and written, on various platforms including the School website, social media, programme brochures, and other communication platforms. Thus, it is vital for the candidate to possess excellent writing and communication skills, and IT skills to manage these platforms.

The candidate will also be working with Head of Departments and Programme Leaders at the School on admissions matters, student registration and provide relevant advice on application requirements and scholarships related matters.

On the student engagement front, the candidate will be coordinating student activities such as the student orientation and graduation ceremony, with the support of student bodies and University support services.
