  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Own transport & able to work in shift rotation.

Job Description

  • Monitor machine running all the time and quality of balloons.
  • Multiple process technician job scope is needed on operation and consist of PT1, PT2, PT3, PT4, PT5 & PT6.
  • PT1, PT2 & PT3 (5S, Balloon Quality Check, Breakdown/repair, Preparation/setup, Process Monitoring, Machine Setting).
  • PT4 (5S, Balloon Quality Check, Breakdown/repair, Process Monitoring).
  • PT5 & PT6 (Assist all job PT1, PT2, PT3 & PT4 if needed, Collecting and Recorded balloon scrap, Key in downtime data into breakdown database).
  • Monitor and Adjust Machine Parameters/Setting.
  • Maintain Cleanliness of Process Equipment Area.
  • Test Batch or Product Quality.
  • Maintain Equipment and Batch Logbooks.
  • Escalate Equipment Malfunction to Supervisor.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures.
  • Conduct periodic quality check on equipment and system to ensure everything is up to standard.
  • Repair hydraulic , Pneumatic, and Electrical system.
  • Maintain the inventory records for equipment.
