1. Plan, develop, schedule, and deliver OSH and Environment trainings and awareness programs to employees include Safety Awareness Day and the associated activities, chemical safety training, noise conservation training, machinery safety training, emergency preparedness training and evacuation drill.
2. Enforce, monitor, and highlight issues of regulatory compliance through on-site inspection such as PPE of workers, machine guard and safety features, Permit to Work for contractor, unsafe act and unsafe conditions.
3. Assist in continuous improvement activities include corrective and preventive action for incident prevention, Kaizen improvement and other relevant projects include Energy Saving Measures.
4. Perform chemical safety management include hazard evaluation for new chemical, acquire latest revision and track validity of SDS from supplier, update SDS file, provide training, instruction and briefing to employees, assess the risk of chemicals include in storage, handling, and waste.
5. Assist to identify, investigate, report on root causes, and implementation of corrective and preventive action for incidents and accidents.
6. Assist in updating HIRARC and follow-up implementation of risk control at workplace.
7. Assist in developing, updating, and enforcing Safe Work Procedures for each process and work activity.
8. Keep up to date the latest OSH regulatory requirements/ amendments or any industry updates and propose to OSH Committee for workplace improvement.
