  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Description:

  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Support end-users via remote desktop software, telephone or instant messaging tools to identify and solve technical problems.
  • Liaise with Vendor/Supplier for the related software/hardware issues
  • Explore opportunities to improve existing infrastructure and processes
  • Research new technology and capabilities for business adoption
  • Document IT inventory, system configurations, updates made to a system and any new procedures or policies created for work
  • To perform any other duties as assigned from time to time in order to facilitate project and task completion.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
  • Any IT certifications will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
  • Able to communicate and work as a team with all relevant parties to provide suggestions and solutions.
  • Resourceful, innovative and always seek opportunities to enhance IT processes
  • Self-motivated, result-driven and able to work under pressure in a timely manner.
  • Fresh graduates can be considered
