Role Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Relation Officer responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing prompt solutions. This position aims to deliver a superior customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide fundamental product information via phone and various social media platforms. Ensure customer requests, feedback, and complaints are addressed in a timely manner
- Training will be provided to help you maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services to assist customers accurately
- Provide weekly and monthly comprehensive customer reports, and present summarized insights to relevant departments to facilitate continuous improvement
- Work closely with the sales department to ensure potential leads and existing customers are tracked and attended to promptly
- Manage CRM operations to ensure all customer data and statuses are updated accordingly
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in multiple languages
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related industry
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
