Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer & Stakeholder Interaction: Engage with customers and internal stakeholders daily, building sustainable relationships through professional and interactive communications, whether by phone or email.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the primary contact point for customer complaints and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Handle additional assignments as directed by your superior to support various business needs.
  • Other Duties: Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

  • Education: SPM/Advanced/Higher Diploma in any field or equivalent. A major in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
  • Experience: One year of relevant experience is advantageous. Fresh graduates with an interest in starting a career in a call center are also encouraged to apply.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Malay.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
